  • the amount of deposit received and the dates on which the villa is reserved is stated.
  • In the delivery of the villa, the inventory of the fixtures delivered is counted and the amount of the deposit is taken in the announcement.

Important Note:

  • Most of the cottages on our rental page are rented by us only (cottages with the “This Summer House Only in Marinaemlak” logo on their photos).
  • Outside of these cottages are rented by the villa owners or by different agencies.
  • Therefore, the online booking calendar may not be up-to-date. It is useful to contact us and confirm your availability before making online payments to these cottages.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Villa check-in time is 15_00 (Afternoon) and check-out time is 10_00 (morning).
  • During this period, cleaning is done, Weekly rental 7 nights 8 days, Villa delivery is made by us.

Pool and garden treatments

  • It is done by the staff in the early hours of the morning and if there is any breakdown in the villa during your holiday, you will be corrected by us.
  • There are clean spare sheets and pillows in our villas.
  • Cleaning is done before the entrance of the villa, if the customer wants cleaning in the villa from the date of entry to the villa. extra cleaning fee is 60.00 TL-150.00 TL.
  • Weekly (7 nights) Except for the fee, unless otherwise stated, no other fees are charged.
  • Our prices include cleaning, electricity, pool and garden maintenance, water, etc.
  • (Real estate income is declared at the end of each year and invoices cannot be issued because they are not enterprises.
  • Therefore, VAT is not included.
  • Our office issues an intermediary bill for all transactions.)

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are authorized to use all the furniture and furniture of the holiday house they rent,
  • However, they will use all the furniture, furniture and equipment cleanly and immediately notify our company if they cause any damage.
  •  They will pay any damage to the villa during the period of their stay and the loss of any property lost without leaving the villa.
  •  Customers will be understanding of the neighbors around the villa and will avoid any behavior and noise that may disturb the environment.
  •  In addition, they will not have any items such as weapons, drugs, etc. that are prohibited by law, they will not accommodate persons / fugitives sought by law in the villa. In short, the villa will not be used for any illegal activities.
  •  The customer is also liable for possible accidents, damages and accompanying persons in the rented house due to his / her own fault.
  • The maximum number of persons stated in each holiday house description,
  • The number of guests specified during the rental period must not exceed the number of guests approved in the receipt / document, including children and babies.
  •  If the maximum number of people staying in the house has been exceeded, a large number of people will be asked to leave the house or a certain extra fee will be charged.
  • In addition, Marinaemlak Company informs the tenant with the contract signed during the entry that legal action may be taken against the person (s) who stay outside of the persons who have been credited at the entrance and entered into the KBS (Identity Notification System) database as required by the new law.
  • The tenant is liable to pay the fine due to missing or incorrect identity notification or for accommodation without the identity information being included in the contract.
  • When the tenant signs this agreement, he accepts and undertakes these terms.
  • In the pre-reservation stage of the holiday home, transactions are made in accordance with the customer's declaration.
  • The customer accepts and undertakes that the information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Our company is not responsible for problems caused by missing or incorrect information given by the customer.

Reservation cancellation conditions are as follows:

  • For cancellations made 60 days or more before the date of booking, 40% (forty%) of the total deposit;
  • For cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before the date of booking, 60% of the total price (sixty percent);
  • For cancellations made 30 days or less before the date of booking, the total price received. It will not be refunded to the customer.
  • Cancellations made 13 days or less before the date of booking.
  • The total rental fee will be charged to the customer for cancellation.

What are your Villa Standards?

  • All villas have a private pool and garden and are completely independent. The following items are available in all villas.
  • Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, food and beverage set at least equal to the number of people staying.
  • Salon: TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning.
  • Bedroom: Clean sheets and pillow set, wardrobe, air conditioning
  • Other: Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and board, dining table and sitting area, hair dryer, deck chairs, parasols, barbecue.
  • Note: There is no generator / power supply in the villas unless otherwise specified. In addition, our company is not responsible for customer grievances due to regional power and water shortages due to lack of infrastructure.

Villa Cleaning and Maintenance How is it done?

  • Pool and garden maintenance is done daily in all our villas and apartments.
  • Early in the morning, all operations are completed and made ready for use.
  • The cleaning of our villas is done within the period between the customer's entrance and exit.
  • For weekly rentals, cleaning during the week is subject to an extra charge.
  • However, if requested by our customers who stay in our villas and apartments for more than a week, free general cleaning is provided once a week.

How will I find the place of my holiday home and get it from?

  • All our holiday homes are introduced and delivered to you by our local authorities.
  • You can see the exact location of the holiday home through the “Map Location” panel in the holiday home detail section.
  • When you reach the holiday area where you rented housing, just call us or the person / authorized person who is forwarded to you or you will come to our office.
  • An authorized staff member will accompany you, bring you to your cottage and deliver the key to you after you have provided the necessary information.

What should I do if I have any problems during my stay?

  • We will take care of all the problems and complaints about the holiday house you rent during the whole holiday 24 hours a day.
