Pool and garden treatments
- It is done by the staff in the early hours of the morning and if there is any breakdown in the villa during your holiday, you will be corrected by us.

- Cleaning is done before the entrance of the villa, if the customer wants cleaning in the villa from the date of entry to the villa. extra cleaning fee is 60.00 TL-150.00 TL.
- Weekly (7 nights) Except for the fee, unless otherwise stated, no other fees are charged.
- Our prices include cleaning, electricity, pool and garden maintenance, water, etc.
- (Real estate income is declared at the end of each year and invoices cannot be issued because they are not enterprises.
- Therefore, VAT is not included.
- Our office issues an intermediary bill for all transactions.)
